Baptiste Yoga


Baptiste yoga is a series of asanas that build therapeutic strength and increase stability and mobility.  The Journey into Power sequence is built on the theory of adaptation as our greatest strength and is accessible to all bodies. 


Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga works to "exercise" the connective tissue. The poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes in stillness while gravity works to apply a gently tension to the bones and fascia, encouraging the tissues to soften as well as promoting hydration on a cellular level.

Slow Flow is slower moving hatha yoga class that increase body awareness and highlights transitions to build strength and focus.




Meditation or "sitting practice" is known to calm the central nervous system which in turn calms the mind.  These sessions are appropriate for experienced meditators and those who are new to meditation.  You will sit quietly for a minimum of 20 minutes.
